About the project

In 2023, I joined a team called T-Vision as a UX Researcher for three months. My main role was to research how people plan and manage their time in daily life. I talked to users, studied their behavior, and looked for pain points and needs.

The research helped define what kind of features the app should have and how it could really support users. This work became the foundation for future design decisions.

Persona

I conducted user research to identify the types of people who would benefit from a personal assistant app designed to help manage daily tasks, events, and goals. Through this research, my team and I determined that project managers would be the primary users. To refine our understanding, we conducted in-depth interviews, which allowed us to define a detailed persona for our target user.

Analysis

My team and I conducted a user journey analysis for our defined persona to identify the sequence of actions, pain points, and needs throughout their experience. We grouped these findings to pinpoint the most valuable areas for improvement. Using a structured UX process, we categorized these insights based on their relevance to the identified pain points, goals, and needs observed in the user journey.

Feature Development

Next, we brainstormed ideas using the "How might we?" approach, which led us to distinguish between the key design principles that are essential to address and the opportunity areas that would be nice to have. From this process, we developed features set that directly respond to the most critical user challenges while also exploring additional opportunities to enhance the overall experience.
